- Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
- How often do you have flights?
- We have flights from the U.S. 4x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea once per week
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
- I need help purchasing something online
- We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
- How do I schedule a pick-up or delivery?
- You can schedule pickups or deliveries through our WhatsApp line or by emailing our customer support team at support@elthamkonnect.com.
- What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
- Contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, ensuring you’re updated at every step.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept online payments (Lynk and bank transfers) and cash on delivery. Debit and credit cards will be added soon.
